At ServProd, the delivery time is our priority.
Any order placed before 12 p.m. will be dispatched the same day from Monday to Friday. If you place your order by colissimo on the weekend, it will be shipped on Monday. If the order was placed on a holiday, it will be prepared and shipped the next business day. The delivery time of 48 hours must therefore be taken into consideration from the moment the package can be prepared on a weekday. For example, if you order on a Saturday, your order will be prepared on Monday morning and delivered to your home on Wednesday (i.e. 48 hours after leaving our warehouse). If you order by Colissimo on Tuesday morning
(before 12 p.m.), the package will be delivered to your home on Thursday morning.
